Our Services

 

  • Supply, install, calibrate, and prepare coffee machines for service (upon request).
  • Visit the machines regularly for filling and cleaning services, according to the schedule of visits specified for each location.
  • Follow up on daily use problems or mechanical problems with coffee machines within a maximum period of 24 hours.
  • Provide necessary maintenance when required.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and public health standards.
  • Follow up and monitor complaints and suggestions (via email or phone call).
  • Prepare the necessary and required reports for each machine in service, (financial and technical report) in addition to the monthly invoice.
